Welcome ELCOME to the website for the Diocese of the West of the Anglican Church in America. Serving the States of Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.

The Diocese of the West is dedicated to making Jesus Christ known to a hurting world through the ministries of Word and Sacrament. Our parishes worship using the 1928 Book of Common Prayer, the Anglican or American Missals, the 1940 Hymnal and other traditional texts. The best way to discover who we are and what we believe is to attend a service at one of our parishes or missions.

PRESENTATION OF CHRIST / PURIFICATION OF THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY 2007. Bishop Williams first sermon following his consecration. Delivered Sunday February 4, 2007 at All Saints Anglican Church, Fountain Valley, California.
CONSECRATION SERMON. The Reverend Daren K. Williams was consecrated Bishop and instituted, invested, inducted and enthroned as the fourth Ordinary of the Diocese of the West Saturday February 3, 2007. The Rt. Rev. Dr. David L. Moyer, SSC, delivered the sermon from the pulpit of St. Mary of the Angels in Los Angeles, California.
